My Expertise

I specialize in creating databases that organize, collect, and provide key information for expanding school/system wide curricula. By organizing data into a school database you can reference or measure progress. Simply put, this information can help make future decisions based on data analysis.

At HSAC we attempt to connect all subjects with cross-curricular rituals, routines, rigor, integrity, and interrelated activities. This enables us to communicate as a school-wide learning community.

As professionals, the same level of rigor is expected of our educators as the students we educate. Communication is key as data is compiled, examined. The steps we take to grow are also evaluated from all perspectives. School-wide development is based on decisive action and effective listening, especially from our student's feedback after our decisions are in place.
